ABOUT 3BPSPP

Independent Industrial Inspection. International Project Confidence.

PSPP is an independent third-party inspection company that stands between international buyers and their vendors — verifying that what leaves the factory floor matches the code, the drawing and the purchase order. One accountable partner, from the first hold point to final release.

Why Global Clients Trust PSPP

We were built for one job: to give buyers certainty about equipment made far from their own quality teams — verified on the ground, reported without bias.

Who We Are

A specialist inspection company pairing European project management with local inspector networks across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. We audit vendors, witness critical operations and verify quality systems so international projects proceed on verified fact — not a supplier’s assurance.

Independent by Design

We do not manufacture, we do not sell equipment, and we hold no stake in a vendor passing. That independence is the entire value: our release note means the equipment met the code, full stop — an evidence trail you can defend to any owner, insurer or regulator.

Our Journey

From a single-market inspection team to an internationally coordinated assurance partner.

1

Company Founded

Established to bring independent, code-anchored inspection to buyers sourcing critical equipment abroad.

2

First International Project

Deployed inspectors cross-border to witness vendor manufacturing on behalf of a foreign owner.

3

Expansion

Grew the inspector network and opened coordination offices spanning Asian and European sourcing hubs.

4

Major Industries

Built deep technical fluency across Oil & Gas, Power, Petrochemical and heavy fabrication.

5

Present Day

A trusted independent partner coordinating inspection wherever a client’s equipment is made.

What We Stand For

Four principles that decide how every inspection is run — and why our sign-off carries weight.

Integrity

We report what we find. No pressure from a vendor or a schedule changes a documented result.

Technical Excellence

Discipline-qualified inspectors who read the clause, know the method and recognise a real defect.

Safety

Every site visit is conducted to the highest safety discipline — for our people and our clients’ operations.

Independence

No stake in the outcome. Our only allegiance is to the code and to the client who relies on it.

How We Work

A closed-loop workflow — nothing advances until the previous stage is verified and documented.

  1. 1

    Client

We take your specs, drawings and PO requirements and agree the scope of assurance.

  2. 2

    Planning

A formal Inspection & Test Plan maps hold points, witness points and acceptance criteria to each code.

  3. 3

    Inspection

Discipline-qualified inspectors deploy to the vendor for in-process, witness and pre-shipment checks.

  4. 4

    Reporting

Findings, NCRs and evidence captured in a traceable record, cross-checked against the ITP.

  5. 5

    Delivery

A release note is issued only when every hold point is cleared — your asset ships verified.
