Precision Inspection for Mission-Critical Projects
PSPP places a qualified inspector inside the factory that builds your equipment. Coordinated from Ljubljana, with offices in Xi’an and Changwon, for vendor inspection, QA/QC and expediting verified to ASME, API, EN/PED and ISO requirements.

The numbers, and what each one counts
Each figure is derived from a record in the CMS — the country register, the project register, the office list.
The PSPP Methodology
A closed-loop protocol — a defined chain of hold points, witness points and documented sign-offs. No stage advances until the previous one is verified against the applicable code.
- 1
Assess & Plan
Specs, drawings and PO requirements converted into a formal Inspection & Test Plan — hold points and acceptance criteria mapped to each code.
- 2
Execute & Inspect
Discipline-qualified inspectors deploy for in-process, witness and pre-shipment inspection — flagging non-conformances before they propagate.
- 3
Verify & Document
Findings captured in a traceable digital record — reports, NCRs, dimensional data and photographic evidence, cross-checked against the ITP.
- 4
Certify & Release
Release Note issued only when every hold point is cleared and every NCR resolved. Your asset ships verified and audit-ready.
Four Disciplines. One Standard of Assurance.
Independent inspection, quality-system surveillance, production expediting and on-site supervision — delivered to your ITP and certified for release.
Documentation Review & Compliance
Review of quality and manufacturing records against project requirements — ITP/QCP, WPS/PQR/WPQ, material certificates, NDT records, and final dossiers, with traceability verification.
02Expediting & Progress Monitoring
Desk and field expediting that keeps equipment and materials on schedule — milestone verification, schedule monitoring, bottleneck identification, and progress reporting.
03QA/QC & Project Quality Support
Quality assurance and control support across the project — QA/QC supervision, quality surveillance, NCR/CAPA follow-up, and welding, coating, and E&I quality control.
04Technical Audits & Supplier Assessment
Independent assessment of supplier capability and quality systems — supplier and capability audits, process and quality-system audits, and project-specific compliance audits.
05Testing & Technical Verification
Witnessing and verification of factory and site testing — FAT/SAT, functional and performance tests, pressure testing, and NDT supervision — against approved procedures.
06Third-Party Inspection (TPI)
Independent third-party inspection of equipment at vendor works and project sites — from vendor and source inspection through in-process, final, and pre-shipment stages.
Deep Technical Fluency Across High-Consequence Industries
From hydrocarbons to grid-scale power and heavy fabrication — where a single unverified weld carries containment, uptime or structural risk.

Agriculture
Storage, handling and drying equipment — silos, conveyors and structural steel supplied into agricultural and grain-handling projects.

Bioprocess Facilities
Bioreactors, fermenters and the clean utilities around them, where Pre-FAT coverage testing and dimensional verification precede Final FAT.

Data Centres
Power, cooling and containment equipment for data halls — switchgear, UPS systems, chillers and generator sets, usually on a compressed schedule.

Food Processing
Processing, filling and packaging lines — stainless fabrication and hygienic design verified before the line is shipped and commissioned.

Industrial Buildings
Structural steel, cranes and building services for plants and warehouses, inspected against structural welding and coating requirements.

Industrial Components
Valves, fittings, instrumentation, electrical panels and packaged units — high-count, multi-vendor scopes that need one consistent inspection standard.
Inspected & Verified to International Codes
We don’t interpret codes loosely — we inspect to the clause. Applicable standards are defined per item in your ITP and witnessed on the floor.
ASME
B31.3 · VIII Div.1 (Pressure Vessels) · IX (Welding Qualification).
API
6A · 6D · 510 · 570 · 650 — valves, piping, tanks and in-service equipment.
AWS
D1.1 Structural Welding — WPS/PQR review and weld visual acceptance.
ISO
3834 welding quality requirements · 17637 NDT method conformance.
EN / PED
European harmonised standards and Pressure Equipment Directive compliance.
NDT Methods
RT · UT · MT · PT witnessing, evaluation and report verification.
Full-Scope Inspection Capabilities
Every capability links to its own detail page — vendor, shop, welding, pressure-vessel and pre-shipment inspection, expediting and more.

Your Global Shield Against Supply-Chain Risk
When you source across borders, we stand at the vendor’s gate — so you approve payment and accept delivery on verified fact, not on a vendor’s assurance.
Single Standard, Every Vendor
One ITP framework applied consistently across your entire supplier base — a valve from one country and a vessel from another, held to the same benchmark.
Schedule Protection
Early expediting intelligence surfaces bottlenecks and slippage before they become overruns — keeping milestones on track.
Traceable Evidence
Every inspection documented, auditable and defensible — a complete chain of evidence for every release.
Featured Inspection Projects
A selection of vendor inspection, expediting and QA/QC engagements delivered for global operators and EPC contractors.

Transformer Tank Dimensional and Penetrant Inspection — Italy
PSPP provided independent inspection support for the dimensional verification and liquid penetrant examination of fabricated transformer tank and cover components at a manufacturing facility in Italy.

Industrial Oil-Purifier Factory Acceptance Testing — Italy
PSPP provided independent third-party inspection and Factory Acceptance Test witnessing for a skid-mounted industrial oil-purifier package at a manufacturing facility in Italy. The assignment covered visual inspection, equipment verification, functional testing, completeness review, and inspection of packing and identification requirements.

Gas Turbine Radial Clearance Inspection — Italy
PSPP provided independent inspection support for the final radial clearance verification of a large industrial gas turbine at a manufacturing facility in Italy. The assignment covered both compressor and turbine blade clearance measurements prior to preparation of the unit for shipment.
