PSPP’s expediting keeps critical equipment and materials moving to plan. We monitor manufacturing progress against contractual milestones, surface delivery risk before it becomes delay, and give you the early warning needed to protect schedule integrity across a multi-vendor project.
Expediting scope
- Desk expediting — remote status monitoring, progress reporting and documentation follow-up
- Field expediting — on-site verification of manufacturing progress at vendor works

Expediting is deliberately proactive: the objective is to prevent slippage, not to report it after the fact.
Methodology
We run expediting on a rhythm matched to the criticality and lead time of each item:
- Classify purchase orders by criticality and delivery risk
- Agree reporting frequency and key milestones with your project team
- Track fabrication, sub-supply, testing and shipping status against those milestones
- Escalate schedule threats early with a recommended recovery action
- Verify readiness for FAT, packing and shipment so inspection and dispatch align
