Inspection Services

Independent third-party inspection (TPI) of equipment at vendor works and project sites — mechanical, welding, electrical, coating and pressure-equipment scope, witnessed against your ITP.

PSPP provides independent third-party inspection (TPI) at manufacturer facilities and project sites — verifying that equipment is built, tested and released strictly to your inspection and test plan (ITP), purchase-order requirements and the applicable international codes. As an impartial party with no stake in the supply contract, our finding is a verified fact you can act on, not a supplier’s assurance.

Inspection scope

  • Vendor / source inspection — welding, coating, machining, assembly and E&I workmanship
  • Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) witnessing
  • Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) with packing, marking and documentation verification
  • Receiving and incoming-goods inspection
  • Pressure-equipment, structural and rotating-equipment inspection within approved competence

Inspections are performed by competent internal personnel and our network of approved specialist inspectors, selected per discipline, certification and client requirement. We do not manufacture, design or own testing laboratories — we verify, witness and report.

Methodology

Every assignment follows our controlled inspection workflow so results are traceable and defensible:

  • Requirement review — scope, location, ITP, standards and hold/witness points are clarified before mobilisation
  • Inspector selection and competence verification against the discipline and client requirement
  • Pre-inspection coordination — access, safety, documentation and schedule
  • On-site witnessing and evidence collection at defined hold and witness points
  • Nonconformity handling and immediate notification where issues are found
  • Internal report review before release, then a documented inspection report to the client
