Methodology
Our QA/QC engagements are structured to catch documentation gaps early, not at handover:
- Baseline the applicable codes, client specifications and contractual quality requirements
- Review the QCP/ITP and confirm hold, witness and review points are correctly defined
- Verify records progressively against each milestone rather than in a single end-of-project rush
- Raise and track nonconformities to closure with clear evidence
- Compile and internally review the final dossier before submission
